Yes — PC Madness Pty Ltd runs both. Midland PC Repair is our repair-workshop front; PC Madness Marketplace is our online shop. Same staff, same physical address in Midland, same phone number. One transaction, one invoice.

Yes — select "Collect from Midland" at checkout. Most orders are ready the same business day if placed before 1pm AWST. We'll email you the moment it's ready. Bring photo ID.

Yes, Australia-wide with tracked shipping via Australia Post or StarTrack depending on size. Perth metro orders usually arrive next business day; regional WA and east-coast deliveries 2–5 business days.

New parts we supply are covered for 12 months from us, on top of any manufacturer warranty — handled by us, not some call centre. Refurbished machines are fully tested and inspected before sale; if something's not right, walk it in or post it back and we'll sort it.

On most genuine, in-stock items — yes. Email or call with a link to the competitor price and we'll match it where we can. We won't match grey imports or auction-site listings that aren't covered by AU warranty.

Yes — the Custom PC Builder quote includes assembly, stress-test, Windows install and our 12-month build warranty. Most builds ship 5–7 business days after payment.
