Our Repair Warranty & Guarantee
Every repair at PC Madness is backed by our warranty: 5 business days on labour, and 12 months on any new part we supply and install. We stand behind our work — if something goes wrong with the repair, we'll fix it at no extra cost.
When you have your computer repaired by PC Madness, you deserve the confidence that the job was done right. That's why every repair — from a simple virus removal to a full hardware replacement — is backed by a clear, tiered warranty covering our labour and any new parts we supply.
If a fault related to our work reappears within 5 business days of your repair, bring it back. We'll reassess and fix it at no additional charge. No arguments, no runaround — just accountability.
Covers the labour on every repair we complete.
Every unit tested and inspected before it leaves us.
Manufacturer cover of 2–5 years often applies on top.
Full parts and labour cover on every custom build.
How the Tiers Work Together
Labour and parts are covered separately, so it's worth knowing how they interact. Say we install a new SSD as part of a repair: the labour to fit it is covered for 5 business days, but the SSD itself is covered for 12 months. If that drive fails in month 6, you're still covered — we'll replace the part at no charge. Only the labour window is short; part cover runs for the full year.

Why Our Warranty Matters
Most one-person mobile repair services offer little to no formal warranty. You hand over your machine, get it back, and hope for the best. If the same problem comes back next week, you're paying again.
PC Madness has been in Midland since 2003. We have a reputation to protect and a community to serve. Our warranty isn't just a policy on paper — it's our commitment that we did the job right. If we didn't, we make it right.
When you choose a workshop-based repair service over a quick mobile fix, you get trained technicians, proper equipment, genuine parts, and accountability. That's the PC Madness difference.
A Note on Parts Quality
We only use quality replacement parts from reputable suppliers. Where possible, we use genuine OEM components. For some repairs, high-quality compatible parts are used — we'll always tell you which applies to your repair. Cheap parts fail quickly; we'd rather do the job once and do it well.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
The warranty terms above are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — repairs must be carried out with due care and skill, and goods we supply must be of acceptable quality and durable for a reasonable time. If a repair or product fails to meet these guarantees, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the warranty period stated on this page.
